Role Summary :
Lead and manage the mechanical design function for elevator systems with strong expertise in sheet metal, fabrication processes, RM selection, and manufacturing feasibility, ensuring cost-effective, high-quality product design.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead elevator mechanical & structural design activities
- Manage design team, project timelines & deliverables
- Sheet metal & fabrication RM and process knowledge (major skill)
- Design release: drawings, BOM, DBOM, DFMEA & documentation
- Costing, benchmarking & standard product development
- Coordinate with production, quality, projects & vendors
- Ensure DFM, safety standards & design compliance
- Handle RCA, design improvements & engineering changes
Key Skills :
