Qualification: Diploma or Vocational Training with relevant knowledge in Plastic Injection Moulding
Location : Kottivakkam, OMR
Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading moulds as per the production schedule.
- Performing basic cleaning operations on the moulds before and after production.
- Setting the moulding parameters once the mould is loaded.
- Checking that the raw material is correctly mixed and loaded.
- Ensuring that produced parts meet the required quality standards.
- Moving moulded parts to the next stations for further processing.
- Ensuring helpers complete their tasks correctly and on time.
- Maintaining records of work completed by helpers.
- Performing basic machine maintenance such as lubricant refilling, oil change, and heat exchanger cleaning.
