Qualification : B.E with Diploma in Tool and Die Making
Additional Skills : AutoCAD 2D & 3D Drawing, CATIA, MS Office
Experience : More than 5 years in Plastic Injection Moulding
Salary : ₹50,000 – ₹65,000 per month (Negotiable)
Job Description :
- Tool room process planning and control
- Hands-on experience with toolroom machines such as EDM, CNC Turning, VMC, Milling, Surface Grinding, and related ancillary equipment including Laser Welding
- Engineering Change Management
- Troubleshooting, correction, and modification of moulds
- ISO, IATF & IMS documentation handling
- Problem-solving abilities on molding machines related to moulds
- Flexibility to work in shifts and on holidays as required
- Hot runner system maintenance and troubleshooting
- Strong experience in engineering drawings
- Ability to solve online injection mould problems
- Good team player with leadership and volunteering mindset
- Capability to handle all tooling-related machines independently
